With the next few posts we’ll be featuring current projects and webpages from this issue’s authors and artists.
Poetry Pacific – Changming Yuan, 8-time Pushcart nominee and author of Chansons of a Chinaman (2009) and Landscaping (2013), grew up in a remote village, began to learn English at 19, and published several monographs before leaving China. With a PhD in English, Yuan currently tutors and co-edits Poetry Pacific with Allen Qing Yuan in Vancouver. The Summer 2014 issue of Poetry Pacific was just posted. It features poetry, photography, and interviews with and from authors from around the world. One of the blog’s most striking features is it’s bilingual nature. Since 2013 the e.zine has featured poetry posted in both English and Chinese. Poetry Pacific ‘a literary e.zine for true lovers of words & wisdom.’ http://poetrypacific.blogspot.com/
